These terms apply when you use krooztv.one or buy a KROOZ TV subscription. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. The service
KROOZ TV provides access to live channels and on-demand content over the internet, through third-party player apps you choose. Line-ups change over time as channels are added or removed; counts on this site reflect the line-up on the date shown.
2. Your account and screens
- Your login is for your household. Don’t resell or publicly share it.
- Your plan sets how many devices can stream at the same time. Extra simultaneous streams are blocked.
- Keep your login private. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we change it.
3. Payment and renewal
You pay once for the term you choose, at the price shown on the price page at the time you order. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Refunds follow the refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for personal viewing and in line with the laws of the country where you use it. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you live. We may suspend lines used for resale without permission, rebroadcast, or abuse of our systems.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but individual channels can go offline, and maintenance or problems outside our control (your internet provider, a broadcaster, a player app) can interrupt viewing. Short interruptions of single channels are not grounds for a refund.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
