How to watch Krooz TV on iPhone and iPad

Apple doesn’t allow apps from outside the App Store, so on iPhone and iPad you pick a player that is already there. Several are good, setup takes three minutes, and AirPlay sends the picture to your TV when you want it bigger.

Set up KroozTV on iPhone or iPad

  1. Install a player from the App Store

Search for Smarters Player Lite, GSE Smart IPTV or IPTVX. All three accept Xtream Codes logins.

  2. Choose "Xtream Codes" login

Not M3U. The Xtream option loads the guide and the on-demand library more reliably.

  3. Enter your KroozTV details

Server URL, username, password. Check the keyboard hasn’t capitalised the first letter of the username.

  4. Wait for the first sync

Keep the app open until channels appear. On iPhone, leaving the app during the first sync can make it start over.

Watching on the TV with AirPlay

Start a channel, tap the AirPlay icon in the player and pick your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV. The phone becomes the remote. For everyday TV watching, installing a player directly on the Apple TV is smoother, because the stream doesn’t pass through the phone.

No dedicated one. KroozTV runs in App Store IPTV players such as Smarters Player Lite, GSE Smart IPTV or IPTVX.

Yes. Lower the quality in the player if your data plan has a cap; HD uses roughly 1.5–3 GB an hour.
