How to set up Krooz TV on Apple TV

Apple TV 4K is one of the smoothest devices for KroozTV: fast, stable, and its players are polished. You install a player from the tvOS App Store and sign in with your Krooz TV line. No sideloading, no workarounds.

Install KroozTV on Apple TV

  1. Open the App Store on Apple TV

Search for IPTVX or iPlayTV. Both are well maintained for tvOS and show a proper channel guide.

  2. Add a provider

Choose Xtream Codes as the login type. Typing on Apple TV is slow; both apps let you type on your iPhone instead when it’s nearby.

  3. Enter the KroozTV details

Server URL, username and password from our message. Save.

  4. Turn on match frame rate

Apple TV Settings → Video and Audio → Match Content → Match Frame Rate. Sport looks noticeably smoother.

IPTVX or iPlayTV?

IPTVX has a cleaner look and handles the films and series library nicely. iPlayTV is more of a power-user tool with a dense guide. Both are paid one-off purchases or subscriptions to their developers. If you want to try before paying for an app, Smarters Player Lite is free.

Questions people ask

Does Krooz TV work on the older Apple TV HD?

Yes, in HD. 4K streams need the Apple TV 4K.

Can I use the same line on Apple TV and iPhone?

At the same time only if your plan has two or more screens. Otherwise one at a time is fine.
