Legal & safety
Is Krooz TV legal and safe?
IPTV as a technology is legal everywhere we know of; it is how many cable companies deliver TV today. Whether a particular stream is legal depends on whether the rights holder has licensed it, and the rules differ by country. We can’t give you legal advice for where you live, but we can explain how it works, what we do, and how to protect yourself with any IPTV seller.
Is IPTV legal?
The delivery method is not the question. Sling, YouTube TV, Fubo and your cable company’s own app are all IPTV. What matters legally is content rights: who owns the right to show a channel or a match in your country, and whether the stream you watch comes from someone authorised by them.
Laws on viewers differ a lot. In some countries enforcement focuses on operators and sellers; in others, viewers have also been fined. If you are unsure, check the rules where you live before subscribing to any IPTV service, ours included.
Is Krooz TV safe to pay for?
Safety is a fair worry in IPTV, because some sellers vanish after taking a year’s money. Here is what we do, and what you can check:
- No auto-renewal, ever. One payment for the term you choose. Nothing is stored to charge you again.
- Start small. The starter plan costs $25 for three months, and the first seven days are covered by a money-back promise.
- A refund window. Seven days, for technical faults we can’t fix. The rules.
- A reachable team. The same WhatsApp number before and after you pay, plus email and a published address.
- We never ask for passwords. Not your bank’s, not your Amazon account, not your email. Anyone who does is not us.
How to spot a fake Krooz TV site
Several sites use the Krooz name, and some are set up to copy whichever one is ranking. A few warning signs, which apply to any IPTV brand:
- It calls itself the "only official" site but gives no address or working contact.
- Prices that are dramatically cheaper than everyone else’s, especially for long plans.
- Payment only by gift card or crypto, with no receipt.
- An "APK download" button before you have even bought anything.
- Pressure: countdown timers, "3 spots left", deals that expire in ten minutes.

Your data and your device
We keep what we need to run your line: a name or nickname, your contact (WhatsApp or email) and your plan dates. No browsing history, no viewing history sold to anyone. On your device, the safest setup is a player from an official app store; see the app guide for which one. The privacy policy has the details.
Answers
Questions people ask
Is Krooz TV illegal?
IPTV itself is not illegal. Whether watching a particular channel is allowed depends on content rights and the law where you live. Check your local rules for any IPTV service.
Is Krooz TV safe?
Use a store-installed player, start with a small plan rather than a long one, and never share account passwords with anyone. We don’t auto-renew and we offer a 7-day refund for faults we can’t fix.
Do I need a VPN for Krooz TV?
KroozTV doesn’t require one. Some people use a VPN for privacy in general; if you do, choose a server close to you, or streams may slow down.
Is Krooz TV a scam?
Not this one. We have a published address, fixed prices, a low-cost starter plan and a refund policy. Use the checklist above on any seller you are considering.
