How to watch Krooz TV on a Smart TV
On a Samsung or LG Smart TV you don’t need any extra box. Install an IPTV player from the TV’s own app store, link your KroozTV line to it, and the channels appear on the TV. Android-based TVs (Sony, TCL, Philips, Hisense Google TV) follow the Android guide instead.
First, which kind of Smart TV do you have?
| TV brand | System | Follow |
|---|---|---|
| Samsung (2017 on) | Tizen | This guide |
| LG (2016 on) | webOS | This guide |
| Hisense, some Toshiba | VIDAA | This guide (app choice is smaller) |
| Sony, TCL, Philips, Xiaomi | Google TV / Android TV | The Android guide |
| Amazon, Insignia, Toshiba Fire TV | Fire OS | The Firestick guide |
| Roku TV | Roku OS | The Roku guide |
Set up KroozTV on Samsung or LG
Open the TV app store
Samsung: Apps on the home bar. LG: LG Content Store. Search for an IPTV player; we suggest IBO Player Pro or Smart IPTV, both of which are in both stores.
Install and open the player
On first launch the app shows a MAC address and a device key. Take a photo of that screen with your phone.
Send us the photo
WhatsApp the photo to us with your order. We link your KroozTV line to that MAC address from our side.
Restart the app
Close the player completely and open it again. Your playlist loads, then the guide. The first load can take two or three minutes on older TVs.
Older Smart TVs and TVs without a good app
Samsung TVs before 2017 and LG TVs before 2016 have small app stores and slow processors. You can try, but the honest advice is a Fire TV Stick or a Google TV streamer. They cost less than a takeaway for two, plug into the HDMI port, and make the TV feel new.
The three details every player asks for
| Field in the player | What to enter | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Name / playlist name | Anything, e.g. "KroozTV" | None; it is only a label |
| Server / URL / host | The full URL from our message, with http:// and the port | Dropping the :port at the end |
| Username | Exactly as sent | Auto-capitalised first letter on phones |
| Password | Exactly as sent | A trailing space copied from WhatsApp |

Questions people ask
Is there a Krooz TV app on the Samsung TV store?
There is no app called Krooz TV. You install a general IPTV player such as IBO Player Pro or Smart IPTV and link your KroozTV line to it.
Why does the TV app ask me to pay?
The player app charges its own activation fee after a trial week. That fee goes to the app developer. Your KroozTV plan is separate.
My Hisense TV can’t find the app. What now?
VIDAA has fewer IPTV players. Message us your TV model and we’ll check which one works; otherwise a Firestick is the quickest fix.
